Orioles Magic

Let me start by saying - we have as good of a chance as the T-Rays or B-Jays. This is the last year for Trembly to show big improvement on the team and the overall development of their young players.  With all that being said let kick some *ss! I am psyche for this year.

Pitchers: Matusz and Tillmans (if both can take a step forward and be that 1-2 punch this year, and say 14-15 win each, we've got a chance to be finish 3rd) - Grade B

Firstbase: Atkins & Scotts (Luke will have to prove again that he can be an every bats, Atkins is a good rebound 280-15-75 candidate)
              Grade - C

Secondbase: If Roberts back is truely hurt, we are in deep trouble here - leadoff is a rare breed and we cant afford for him to miss anytime.
              Grade A-

Thirdbase: Tejada is not the answer here, but a stop gap for Bell should be decent, we still need much more HR production from this position. 
               Grade C-

Shortstop: Izturis is no Bordick - we cant count this position until we really draft one or pay big buck for over hill SS
               Grade C-

Leftfield: Pie, Riemold, Montanez/Scotts - if for once we make a decisive stand and leave Reimold out there and let him develop.
               Grade B
Rightfield: Markakis - need anyone say more? well, how about living up to your expectation and hit 30HRS already and be a leader!
               Grade A-
Centerfield: Jones - our lone allstar* May become the best CF in Baseball. Stay healthy!
               Grade A
Catcher: Weiters - How will he call the game is more of my  concern, because it will effect his hitting.  285-18-80 is not out of bound.
               Grade-B

this is just an overall view of our team- every year, we keep saying just another big bat , like the Raven being saying but they took care of this earlier this week!

     Matt Weiters is up in the bigs, Nolan Rheimhold, Brad Bergeson and a few others make a really exciting line up.

     I think we are beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. The wins are not consistent yet but they kids play hard and there is hope for the future and it's not all in one or two players. There is a whole group of them.

I didn't think I'd ever do it, so I have to make a post about it since I did and maybe spark a little conversation in the group. I finally got a Myspace account after literally years of being bugged to do so. The URL is myspace.com/vorpaljunior.

The spark is this...anyone else have a Myspace? I know some of you do, but the posts have either been deleted or I can't find them.

This group didn't really take off, and I don't think groups in general did, because IMO they don't really add much to the experience here.  Even so, I started one, didn't I?  Well, since I did I'll put a small amount of energy into it.  Here's one more shot:

During my commute yesterday, I occupied my time by rewording the song titles that popped up on my iPod.  This was really no more than an exercise in boredom, but I thought it might be fun to turn it into a game here.  I'll post some of them, and let you guys guess the songs.  If you have any to add, by all means do so and we can try to guess yours as well.  Should be fun (or not).
